FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS IN SACRAMENTO

Traditional roots. Practical Skills. Complete Movement
Train Filipino Martial Arts at IBE Fitness & Martial Arts in the Sacramento area. Our programs develop practical fighting skills through weaponry training, empty hands applications, striking movement, and integrated combat training.
What is Filipino Martial Arts?
Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) refers to the fighting systems of the Philippines, commonly known as Eskrima, Arnis, and Kali. These arts are known for integrating weapons and empty-hand skills through shared principles of movement, timing, distance, and adaptability.
Unlike many martial arts, FMA often introduces weapons early in training. Skills developed with the stick—such as coordination, footwork, angles, timing, and defensive movement—can then translate into empty-hand applications.
At IBE Fitness & Martial Arts, our Filipino Martial Arts training includes weapons, striking, defensive tactics, partner drills, and practical application.

Doce Pares Multi-Style

Traditional Filipino Martial Arts with a comprehensive approach to combat.
Doce Pares Multi-Style System develops students through a broad range of Filipino Martial Arts skills, including single stick, double stick, stick and dagger, empty-hand applications, striking, defensive movement, and sparring.
Indayog ng Baston Eskrima

Weapons and striking integrated into one continuous fighting system.
Indayog ng Baston Eskrima Combat System brings together Eskrima and kickboxing concepts into an integrated approach to training. Rather than treating weapons and empty-hand striking as separate disciplines, students learn to transition between them through common movement, timing, footwork, and fighting principles.
